Here’s a first pass at a project plan.
I really wish I had done this earlier. I felt like I was groping at the assignments and wish I had imposed more structure on myself. For example, my research has been pretty haphazard, and it’s nice to have some structure laying out the order of operations, as well as assigning specific days to specific tasks. All that time as a project manager didn’t teach me anything, I guess. Maybe that’s why I left project management?
